沖縄生活のラーメン事情

長い沖縄生活の中で、いまだ不満に感じていることが、
沖縄はラーメン屋が少ないということです。

それでも那覇中心部には何店かラーメン屋かあり、ある程度選択肢がありますが、
それでも東京に比べると全然選べるほどのラーメン屋がありません。
また、正直いうと、味で満足出来るラーメン店も多くありません。

そんな中、私がたまに足を運ぶお店がラーメン屋「麺場神徳(じんとく)」というお店です。
メインはつけ麺だそうですが、ラーメンもあります。



那覇ラーメン「麺場 神徳」の一番人気は「つけ麺」

麺場神徳の一番人気は魚介ダシの効いた「つけ麺」とのことです。
那覇のラーメン屋の中では店内も綺麗な方だと思います。

早速、食券を買い、いつも通り「辛つけ麺」を注文。

つけ麺は、普通のつけ麺と辛つけ麺があります。
私は辛いのが好きなので辛つけ麺を注文。

普通盛り、中盛、大盛りが同じ金額で選ぶことができます。
特盛はプラス100円、超特盛が200円でした。

店内はカウンター席のみとなります。
朝方までやっているので、深夜の客も多い印象です。
綺麗にしてある店内は気持ちが良いです。

5〜6分待つとつけ麺が出来上がり。
麺は大盛りです。

辛いのが少しでも好きな方は辛つけ麺ががおすすめです。
癖になる味です。

魚介系の出しがいい感じにスープに生きています。
麺がスープに絡み、つけ麺としてはレベルが高いです。

東京いた頃はよく「つけ麺 やすべえ」に行っていましたが、
この神徳のつけ麺も「やすべえ」を少し思い出す味です。

というか、つけ麺に関してはやすべえよりもこの神徳の辛つけ麺の方が美味しいと個人的には思っています。

つけ麺なのでもちろん最後はスープ割りで締めます。

あっという間につけ麺大盛りを完食です。

少々店員さんは無愛想ですが、動きは良いです。

沖縄そばよりもラーメンが好きな私ですが、
個人的にこちらの「麺場 神徳」は、那覇市内でトップ3には入るお店です。

つけ麺以外のラーメンに関しても美味しいので、その日の気分に合わせて
注文すると良いですね。
