沖縄観光時とは異なる沖縄の「食」
沖縄の暮らしで困るのが日々のグルメです。
特に沖縄はラーメン屋の選択肢が本当に少ないと感じます。
田舎に比べれば那覇は色々とお店がある方なのかもしれませんが、
私は元々ラーメン好きで、東京に住んで居る頃は美味しいお店を渡り歩いてものですから、
物足りなさを感じざるを得ません。
そんな中、辛い担々麺が食べたくなり色々探していたところ、那覇にも陳麻家がある事を知りました。
チェーン店ではありますが、担々麺と麻婆豆腐は、安定感のある辛味と旨さで美味しい店なのです。
陳麻家は、関東にはいくつか店舗があるので昔はよく行っていたのを思い出しました。
- 沖縄の陳麻家は営業時間に注意
オーナーさんのご意向なのか、那覇の陳麻家は営業時間が特殊です。
11:00～LO14:30、17:00～LO23:00となっています。
実は最近までは10:00からLO14:30までのみという営業時間だったので驚きです。
ランチタイムのみという強気？の営業だったのです。
その為、昼間っから辛い担々麺と麻婆豆腐を食べに良く来ていました。
メニューは基本的に麻婆豆腐と担々麺の2つのメイン商品で成り立っています。
ミルフィーユとんかつも美味しそうですね。
麻婆豆腐、担々麺ともに安定感のある美味しさです。
麻婆豆腐には山椒を入れる事でピリ辛感が増し、大変美味しくなります。
辛味が好きな人は是非入れてみてください。
おすすめですよ。
陳麻家は、麻婆豆腐を注文する方が多いという印象ですが、担々麺も美味しいです。
私はいつも担々麺と麻婆豆腐のどちらにするか決めきれず両方食べる事にしてます。
麻婆豆腐とはまた違う辛さと旨みでこちらも虜になります。
辛さが3段階から選べますので、自身のある方はチャレンジしてみてください。
因みに辛すぎて食べるのがキツイ場合は、お酢を入れると良いそうですよ。
マイルドになります。
辛さをアップするにはラー油、辛さを抑えるにはお酢といった感じです。
陳麻家が那覇にあるのは嬉しいですね。
県庁から近い場所に位置しているためアクセスも良好です。
夜のメニューもありました。
店内も綺麗にしてあるので気持ちが良いです。
ちなみに店内は禁煙です。
沖縄の生活は食に困りますが、こういった内地のチェーン店があるのは嬉しいですね。
ついつい1人で行ってしまうお店です。
陳麻家は辛いもの好きな人には大変おすすめのお店です。
