- 味の濃さ → 基本
- こってり度 → あっさり
- にんにく → 少々
- ねぎ → 青ねぎ
- チャーシュー → あり
- 秘伝のたれ → 2倍
- 麺のかたさ → かため
ちなみに青ネギと白ねぎ両方に○をつけると、青ねぎと白ねぎの両方をトッピングで入れてくれます。
一蘭でラーメンを食べる際は、予め替え玉も頼んでおくのがおすすめです。
というのも、一杯目は、あっという間、ものの2分くらいで食べ終わります。
そのため、美味しくラーメンを食べるには、あと二口ほど麺が残っている状態で
替え玉を注文するのがおすすめです。
あっという間に完食です。
一蘭は東京に住んでいた頃から通っていますが、相変わらず安定の味です。
