博多とんこつラーメン「博多一幸舎」
国際通りのむつみ橋交差点から徒歩2分ほどのところにある、
元祖泡系博多豚骨ラーメン「博多一幸舎」に行って来ました。
最近では沖縄もラーメン屋が増えてきていて、
ラーメン屋選びも選択肢がたくさんあって嬉しい限りです。
博多一幸舎の外観は少々派手目に作られています。
マクドナルドの隣にあります。
昼間でしたが、お客さんはそこそこ入っているようで、
ちょうど団体様一行とすれ違いでお店に入りました。
お店に入ると直ぐに食券販売機があります。
一番のおすすめは味玉ラーメンとの事なので、早速味玉ラーメン（850円）を購入。
サイドメニューも充実しており、チャーハンや餃子もあります。
今回は昼間ということもありラーメンのみの注文にしました。
早速、食券を店員さんに渡します。
博多ラーメンなので、麺はもちろんかた麺をチョイス。
店内はまぁ綺麗にしています。
外観と同じく割と明るく派手目な印象です。
カウンター6席と4人掛けのテーブルが4つありました。
団体で来ても入りやすいですね。
博多一幸舎の変わったところと言えば、白しょうが。
他ではあまり目にすることがないので新鮮です。
早速摘んでみます。
紅生姜に比べるとパンチがない味です。
辛さみたいなものが一切ないイメージです。
辛子高菜は、辛すぎず美味しいです。
7分ぐらいまったところがで味玉ラーメンが運ばれてきます。
博多ラーメンにしては少し遅めか。
泡系と呼ばれる豚骨ラーメンはどんなものか。
早速いただきます。
スープはこってり感が強いです。
思ったより麺の歯ごたえが強いです。
こってりした博多とんこつが好きな人には、ツボだと思います。
油も多目なので、スープの温度がいい感じに冷めにくく熱いです。
お腹が空いていたこともあり、早々に麺を食します。
そして替え玉を注文。現金で150円を支払います。
替え玉は器に乗ってやってきます。
そして満を持して味玉をいただきます。
この味玉、美味です。
黄身のとろける感じは最高です。
味玉だけもう一つトッピングで頼んでもいいくらいです。
少し味に変化を加えようと、置いてある辛子高菜を入れてみると
程よく辛さが加わりいい感じです。
少し味が薄くなってしまったのでラーメンのたれを少し追加。
そして最後にまた白しょうがをいただきシメます。
あっという間に完食。
博多一幸舎は海外にも展開しているということもあってか、
流石の安定した美味しさでした。
外国人観光客も多く入っておりクチコミも多いので
まぁ人気店なのでしょう。
私が食べている最中も二組のお客さんが入ってきていました。
最後に替え玉or味玉無料券をいただきました。
博多とんこつの中でも、こってり感を強めで行きたい時、
