みつまるは沖縄では珍しい創作系「日本蕎麦」
沖縄でそばと言えば沖縄そばが一番に思い浮かびます。
実際に沖縄そばのお店は多くあり、いつでもどこでも食べられるのが現実です。
しかし、沖縄で日本蕎麦が食べたいとなるとなかなか美味しいお店はありません。
そんな中、那覇の久米においしい日本そばが食べられるお店があるのです。
松山通りから少し中に入ったところにある「みつまる」と言う創作系の「日本蕎麦」のお店です。
また、みつまるは日本蕎麦だけではなくうどんもあります。
みつまるは、いつも店の目の前を通りかかると常にお客さんが入っている印象があり、
前々から気になってはいましたが、先日初めて行ってきたので紹介します。
みつまるは久米の住宅街の一角に位置している
みつまるは、住宅街の一角にあります。
緑色の暖簾が目印です。
駐車場はありませんが、目の前に車が4台ほど停められます。
みつまるの店内に入ると厨房が正面にあり、目の前のカウンターに5席、
2人がけのテーブルがふたつありました。
その他、奥にも団体さん用にスペースがいくつかあるようです。
今回は一人で行ったので奥の席は未確認です。
みつまるのメニューは、それぞれそばとうどんがあります。
おすすめは、◎のついたもの。
中でも人気は天竺カレーうどんだそう。
色々と迷いましたが、今回はえび天おろし蕎麦をいただくことにしました。
冷たいのと温かいのが選べるようになっています。
今回は冷たいお蕎麦を選びました。
15分ほど待っていると注文したえび天おろし蕎麦が運ばれてきました！
盛り付けも素晴らしく、なんだか上品な印象です。
つゆを自分の好みでかけて食べるそうです。
パイナップルが付いているのはうれしいですね！
思いのほかボリューム満点です！
エビ天が3尾も乗っています。
その他、かぼちゃ天、ごぼう天、しそ天、そして水菜やレタスなど野菜いっぱいです。
野菜不足の人には有り難いですね。
早速、エビ天から。
えび天美味い！
揚げたてサクサクです。
揚げている油も良質なのでしょう。
サクサク感が他のお店とは一味違います。
肝心の蕎麦はと言うと、これまたしっかりとコシがあり本格的な日本そばの味です。
思い返すと、沖縄でこんなにしっかりした日本蕎麦を食べたのははじめてかもしれません。
おつゆも出汁の味が効いていてほどよく薄味の印象がありました。
置いてある一味とゴマを少し追加すると味わい深くなります。
サイドメニューのいなり寿司も抜かりなしです。
しっかりと酢飯の味が効いており、上品で病みつきになります。
色々と具材が入っています。
ゆっくり味わい完食。
沖縄生活も長いですが、こんな日本蕎麦の隠れ家的なお店があったとは、これまで知りませんでした。
正直驚きです。
那覇久米にある創作系日本そば「みつまる」おすすめです。
