深夜の若狭で豚骨ラーメン
先日、ラーメンが食べたくなり、那覇の若狭にある「武虎」という
ラーメン屋に行ってきましたので紹介します。
場所は若狭交差点から数分のところにあります。
地元ではそこそこ有名なカクテルプラザビルのほぼ向かいに位置しています。
武虎のラーメンは、豚骨で細麺という私の好きなラーメンです。
沖縄県内では博多豚骨ラーメンを出してくれる所はあまりないのでありがたいお店であります。
営業時間も深夜遅くまでやっているのが嬉しいところです。
お店の場所も場所は若狭通り沿いにあるため、松山周辺で呑んだ後も立ち寄りやすいですね。
お店の外観はこんな感じ。
お店の中には有名人のサインが飾られています。
遠くて誰のサインかは分かりませんでした。。
カウンターのみ、13席程で決して広くはないですが、清潔感のある店内です。
お店の中は禁煙です。
早速食券を買って注文。
辛豚骨ラーメンに加え、餃子とライスセットを注文しました。
面の硬さはかためんをチョイス。
博多豚骨といえばかた麺。
カウンターの席にもメニュー表がありました。
ラーメンの麺の硬さについてはこんな感じ。
私はかた麺派です。
バリカタやハリガネにも挑戦はしてみたいものの中々踏み切れません。。
ちなみに、粉おとしは茹で時間2秒。恐ろしいですね・・
5分程度で完成。
お盆に乗せて持ってきてくれます。
今回は辛豚骨ラーメンなので色も真っ赤です。
味はというと、見た目ほど辛くはなく、柚子胡椒の効いた独特の辛味のラーメンです。
細麺もいい感じです。
また、一口餃子に関しても程よくニンニクが効いていて、ご飯との相性抜群です。
更に替え玉を注文しようか迷いましたか、今日は控えることにしました。
ちなみに替え玉は現金で注文できるようです。
私が食べている間も他のお客さんが次々と来店していましたので人気もあるのだと思います。
若狭周辺は居酒屋も多いので呑んだ後のお客さんが多いのでしょう。
メニューも豊富なので、次は博多豚骨を注文してみようと思います。
那覇では細麺の博多豚骨ラーメンのお店は少ないので、好きな方は是非行ってみてはいかがでしょうか。
