国際通りで細麺の豚骨ラーメンを食す
那覇の国際通りのドンキホーテ付近にあるラーメン屋
「龍神」というお店で豚骨ラーメンを食べてきました。
お店の外観はこんな感じです。
相変わらず国際通りは人通りが多いですね。
ラーメン龍神は目立つ場所にあるので客入りも良さそうです。
私がお店に入ろうとすると、多くの客が入っていて、入れ替わりで
中から外国人観光客が4人程、ラーメンを食べ終えてお店を出てきました。
最近は外国人にも日本のラーメンの人気は高いようですね。
ちなみに、このラーメン龍神は泉崎にも系列店舗があります。
今回は国際通り本店の方に行ってきました。
こちらのお店は、入口付近の外に食券販売機が置いてあり、
先に食券を購入してから店内に入るスタイルです。
ラーメン龍神のおすすめのメニューは、豚骨ラーメンとつけ麺とのことです。
今回は、豚骨ラーメン(950円)と牛すじ飯(250円)を注文。
さすが国際通りということもあり、値段設定は少々高めな印象です。
店内はカウンターのみの13席。
目の前に厨房があり、ラーメンを作っている様子が見れます。
店内は比較的新しい様子で清潔感漂う雰囲気です。
天井が高く作られているので少し開放感があります。
お水はセルフサービス。
5分程すると豚骨ラーメンが運ばれてきます。
麺は細麺ストレートです。
スープは比較的濃厚でドロっとしている印象です。
少々、油が多く味は濃い目という感想です。
私は豚骨ラーメンでもあっさり目が好きなので少し胃もたれしそうな印象を感じました。
結局、胃もたれはしませんでしたが。。
しかし、このスープ、麺との相性は抜群です。
細麺に豚骨出汁の効いたクリーミーなスープが絡みつき、食欲をそそります。
麺はかた麺で食べた方が美味しいかと思います。
とろっとした半熟卵が美味しかったです。
サイドメニューとして注文した牛すじ丼は、正直イマイチでした。。
美味しくない訳ではないのですが、あまり牛すじといった食感ではなく、
脂身が多く少々好みの味ではありませんでした。
牛すじ飯ではなく、まかないチャーハンにすればよかったと少し後悔。。
早々にとんこつラーメンを完食！
このラーメン龍神というお店は、つけ麺もおすすめだそうです。
メニューを見ると美味しそうなつけ麺ラインナップが並んでいます。
次回はつけ麺にもチャレンジしてみたいと思います。
