那覇の泉崎にある、鳥と卵の専門店「鳥玉」に行ってきました。
ちょうどお腹が空いていて、沖縄そばでも食べようかと泉崎周辺をウロウロしていていた所、
たまたま見つけて辿り着いたお店です。
外観はこんな感じです。
割と新しいのか、周辺のお店と比べると綺麗な店構えでした。

鳥と卵の専門店と謳っているだけあり、全て鳥関連のメニューを推しています。
店内に入ると早速食券販売機があります。
人気メニューのベスト5が紹介されています。

今回は初めてなので、一番人気の塩水漬け鳥もも肉のチキン南蛮定食を注文。
店内は、カウンター席に加えて、4人がけテーブルが3つあります。
割と広々しているので、子供連れでも入りやすいかと思います。
店内は清潔感があり、卵を中心としたおすすめメニューなどが紹介されています。
また、鳥玉の4つの美味しい理由なるものがありました。

鶏玉のこだわりが感じられます。
待つこと10分。
待ちに待った、塩水漬け鳥もも肉のチキン南蛮定食が運ばれてきました。
見た目、凄く美味しそうです。
中でも一番目を引くのが、このたまご焼き。
”軌跡のたまご巻き”と紹介されているだけあって、ぷるっぷるです。
そしてふんわり感が凄まじく感動する程でした。
ビール好きの私としては、酒の肴にしたい気持ちが湧いてきます。
そしてこの卵巻きは曜日によって選べる出汁が異なるようです。
今回はカツオ出汁を選択。
メインの鳥南蛮はというと、こちらも勿論期待を裏切りません。
サクサクに揚げてあり、中身は肉の味がしっかりとしています。
鶏肉自体が塩水に漬けてあることが効いているのでしょうか。
美味しくてご飯が進みます。
タルタルソースは卵の黄身が溶けていて、白身は茹でた状態でダイナミックに
いくつも入っていました。
何とも斬新で初めて出会ったタルタルソースです。
サイドメニューのお新香と鳥だしスープも絶妙にメイン食材を引き立ててくれます。
ちなみに鳥だしスープは、味噌汁にすることもできるそうです。
お腹が空いていたこともあり、早々に完食！
思っていたよりボリューム満点でした。
白米であればご飯のおかわりは自由とのことですが、
今回はおかわり無しでも十分満腹です。
来店した時間がお昼時を過ぎたころであったのもあり、
店内は空いていてゆっくり食べれたのも良かったです。
ちなみにこの鳥玉というお店は、沖縄県内に5店舗があるそうです。
卵料理が食べたいときに、気軽に入れるお店なので非常におすすめです。

途中、味に変化が欲しければ出汁醤油をかけると良いです。
