那覇松山で台湾ラーメン

那覇の松山にはラーメン屋がいくつかあります。

飲み屋が多いこともあり、深夜でも割とお客さんがどの店にも入っている印象があります。

私はいつもその日の気分に合わせてラーメン屋さんを選んでいます。
10年前はラーメン屋が少なかったですが、今では選択肢が多くて嬉しい限りです。

今回、食べに行ったのは那覇松山の繁華街ど真ん中にある、「らーめんまぜそば あらし」というラーメン屋さん。

「らーめんまぜそば あらし」は、もともと鬼蔵（おにぞう）というとんこつ系のラーメン屋さんでしたが、
鬼蔵が閉店してラーメンあらしに生まれ変わりました。

とても入りやすい場所にあります。

営業時間も朝5時までなので、飲んだ帰りにも立ち寄りやすいですね。

はじめに食券を購入するスタイルです。

メニューはこちら。

今回はオススメの台湾ラーメンを注文。

他にも色々と美味しそうなラーメンがあるので次回以降に楽しみを取っておきます。

店内はjpopが流れ明るい雰囲気。

水はセルフサービス。

待つこと、10分ほどで、台湾ラーメンが出来上がりです。

ニンニクが効いている感じが匂いから伝わります。

スープの透明度がなんとも魅力的。

早速一口。

予想通りニンニクが強めに効いていて飲んだ後の身体に染み渡ります。

麺は台湾ラーメンという事もあり、私の好きな細目の麺。

お好みで一味を入れます。

台湾ラーメンは、この絶妙なピリ辛味がたまりません。

あっという間に完食。

意外と食べようと思ってもなかなか無い台湾ラーメン。

那覇松山では他に台湾ラーメンを食べられる所はあまり無いかと思います。

ついつい、神徳や宵などのとんこつ系のラーメン屋に入ってしまいますが、この「らーめんまぜそば あらし」の台湾ラーメン、癖になりそうです。

さっぱりしているので、女性にも人気ありそうです。

那覇松山周辺で台湾ラーメンを食べたくなったらぜひあらしに足を運んでみてはいかがでしょうか。
