自家製麺が売りのラーメン屋
前々から気になっていた那覇久茂地にある登竜門と言うラーメン屋に行ってきました。
場所は松山の交差点から久茂地方面に入ってて久茂地川の手前にあります。
お店の外観はこんな感じです。
登竜門と言うこのラーメン屋は、担々麺の美味しい店を那覇周辺で
検索したときによく出てきて前々から気になっていたところです。
店内に入ると左手にすぐ食券販売機がありメニューの選択を迫られます。
初めてなのでどんなメニューがあるのかゆっくりみたかったのに
すぐ食券を買わされる仕様は少し微妙かと感じました。
とりあえず目的は坦々麺だったので1番人気の坦々麺を注文しました。
汁なし担々麺もあり、こちらも人気のようです。
店側もおすすめメニューとしてプッシュしていたので
こちらも気になりましたが、今回は普通の汁あり坦々麺にしました。
麺の太さが太麺と平打ち麺と細麺の3種類から選べるようになっています。
丁寧に湯で時間まで書いてあります。
私は細麺が好きなので細麺をチョイス。
カウンターがいっぱいだったこともあり2人席のテーブルを案内されました。
店内の雰囲気はこんな感じ。
テーブルが4つぐらいあったと思います。あとはカウンターが5席。
店内は半分位の席が埋まっていました。
そこそこ人気があるかと思います。
席にはメニューが置いてありました。
やはり濃厚担々麺が看板メニューのようです。
5分もしないうちに注文した濃厚担々麺が運ばれてきました。
麺は細麺を選びましたが、博多ラーメンのように細いのではなく細麺と中太の間くらいといった感じです。
自家製麺を売りにしていることもあり期待して食べ始めます。
確かに程良い弾力があり細麺の割には、食べごたえ充分です。
辛さに関しても見た目ほど辛くないといった印象です。
ほどよく酸味があって食欲がなくても食欲をかきたてるような味をしていました。
一般的に味は濃いめな方だと思います。
飲んだ後なども相性は良いラーメンだと思います。
早々に完食。
食べている間にも次々とお客さんがお店に入ってくるところを見ると常連さんが多いのかなと思いました。
また、周りのお客さんは塩ラーメンを頼んでいる方が多かったのが印象的です。
見た目的にはあっさりさっぱりと美味しそうだったので次は私も塩ラーメンにチャレンジしてみたいと思いました。
若干、店員さんの愛想が少し悪いかなと言う印象はありますがてきぱきと片付け等は動いていました。
個人的には坦々麺はもっと辛いほうが好きなのでリピートはしなさそうというのが正直な感想です。
しかし、お店の雰囲気も悪くなく、また夜遅くまでやっていると言うところは有り難いです。
次回は塩ラーメンなどの違う味のラーメンを食べてみようと思います。
