国際通りの人気店「ラーメン ちゃんや」沖縄エビだしラーメンが驚くほど絶品！

国際通りの人気ラーメン屋「ちゃんや」

那覇の国際通り、松尾交差点の近くにある「ちゃんや」と言うラーメン屋は、
那覇で1番おいしいラーメン屋として名前を挙げる方も多い「隠れ家的なラーメン店」です。

前々から気になっていたラーメン店ですが今回初めてお店に行ったので紹介します。

ちゃんやの面白いところは、ラーメン屋の店舗設計、というか立地です。
なんと、Tシャツ屋さんの奥にお店があるのです。

外に看板はしっかりと出ています。
「ノーラーメン ノーライフ」いい言葉です。

私が行ったのは夜なのでこんな感じです。
外から見るとなんとも怪しげな隠れ家的な雰囲気です。

Tシャツ屋さんの奥に進んでいくと暖簾があります

暖簾をくぐる前のアーケード内にも机が1つ置いてありますので、
お店の外でもラーメンをいただけるようです。

何名かでお酒を飲みながらゆっくりできそうな雰囲気もいいですね。
お店の中はこんな感じです。

壁にはぎっしりとお客さんの名刺が貼られています。
ほぼ全面が名刺で埋め尽くされている店内は少し変わった光景です。
何故名刺で埋め尽くされているのかは分かりません。。

私が行った時は店内はBGMもなく無音の状態でした。
大きな机が2つとカウンター席が4席ありました。

お客さんが多い時は大きな机を相席で座るみたいです。
メニューはこちら。

ジャイアントイノキが一体何なのかは不明です・・
知っている人いたら是非教えてください。。笑

人気ラーメンは、辛ミソニンニクラーメンと沖縄海老だしラーメンとのこと。
本ソーキ沖縄そばも押し出しています。

迷った末、今回は沖縄エビだしラーメン（850円）にしました。

待つこと5分程度、沖縄エビだしラーメンが運ばれてきました。
大きめのどんぶりに入って見た目は赤く辛そうな雰囲気です。

麺は中太の卵麺です。
良い感じのコシで食べ応えも良いです。

そしてこの沖縄エビだしラーメン、えびの出汁が驚くほど出ていてものすごくおいしいです。
確かにこれはくせになる味です。

他で似たような味を食べた事がありません。
おそらくこのちゃんやでしか味わえないと思います。

隠し味なのかゆず風味が入っていたりと飽きないスープは、全部飲み干してしまいそうな勢いです。
魚介類が好きな人にはたまりません。

あっという間に完食です。

ちゃんやでは、お酒が置いてあるので、飲んだ後の締めだけでなく、
3軒目ぐらいに立ち寄ってお酒と餃子を頂きつつ、そのままラーメンで締めるなんてのもいいかもしれませんね。

週末は朝方5時ぐらいまでやっているのもありがたいです。
ラーメンちゃんやは、知っている人が集まる隠れ家的ラーメン屋です。

見た目も隠れ家的です。

次回はもう一つの人気ラーメン、辛味噌ニンニクラーメンを食べたいと思います。

「ちゃんや」は満足度が高く、とてもお勧めできるラーメン店です。
